How to Listen
Everything in your vault plays right in your web browser — nothing to install, no passwords to remember. Find your device below and follow the steps.
iPhone & iPad
Listen with the screen off, and keep the vault one tap away.
- 1Open your vault link in Safari and type the email address you used when ordering.
- 2Tap the big play button on any recording. It begins right away.
- 3A player bar stays at the bottom of the screen. Use it to pause, skip back 15 seconds, or move to the next recording.
- 4To keep listening with the screen off: press the side button to lock your phone, then press play again on the lock screen if it pauses.
- 5To add the vault to your home screen: tap the Share button (the square with an arrow), scroll down, and tap "Add to Home Screen". A gold icon appears with your other apps.
Android & Samsung
Same simple steps on any Android phone or tablet.
- 1Open your vault link in Chrome and enter the email address you used when ordering.
- 2Tap the big play button on any recording.
- 3Use the player bar at the bottom of the screen to pause, go back 15 seconds, or move on to the next recording.
- 4To keep listening with the screen off, pull down from the top of the screen and press play in the notification that appears.
- 5To add a shortcut: tap the three dots in the top corner of Chrome, then "Add to Home screen".
Computer & Laptop
Works the same on a Windows PC or a Mac.
- 1Open your vault link in your usual browser and enter the email address you used when ordering.
- 2Click any recording's play button. The player bar appears along the bottom of the window.
- 3Use the Speed button if you would like a message a little slower or a little faster.
- 4To save a recording on your computer, click the MP3, MP4, PDF or ePub button next to it. It saves into your Downloads folder.
- 5Bookmark the page so it is always easy to find: press Ctrl+D on Windows, or Command+D on a Mac.
In the Car & On a Speaker
Fill the car or the living room with the teachings and worship.
- 1Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, then pair it with your car or speaker the same way you do for phone calls or music.
- 2In your car, choose "Bluetooth" or "Phone" as the audio source on the dashboard.
- 3Start a recording on your phone as usual. The sound comes through the speakers.
- 4Use your steering wheel or speaker buttons to pause and resume.
- 5No Bluetooth? A simple aux cable from your phone's headphone jack to the car's aux socket works just as well.
Two things worth knowing
- It remembers your place. If you stop partway through a recording, it picks up right where you left off the next time you come back.
- It keeps going on its own. When one recording finishes, the next one in that vault begins automatically.
